Paul Whatling brings a strong sporting ethos to Chiropractic at Naturality. He is a keen hockey player with a first class honours degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences from Birmingham University. Paul is also the son of a chiropractor, so his chiropractic ethos runs deep as well. Paul graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic.

In his late teens, he struggled with a knee injury for many years brought on by playing on hard astro-turf surfaces in combination with the unnatural movements involved in field hockey. Finding standard chiropractic care had limited success Paul started looking for an alternative.

Paul came across Simon King's kinesiology model, and following one treatment felt immediate relief of his knee pain. That experience convinced Paul of the value of this type of chiropractic care and he has been studying hard with Simon to master the details of the technique.

Paul's philosophy is to help his patients help themselves by giving them what their body needs to be healthy and he takes into consideration nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing.

Originally from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Lauren has been fascinated science and nature as long as she can remember. After high school Lauren attended Canada’s top undergraduate school, Mount Allison University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in biology and psychology. It was this interest in how the two were related that led to a fascination with neurology and then chiropractic. After four years of studying at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic , Lauren decided to stay in the UK, working in clinics in South West and South East London.

Lauren has a strong passion for chiropractic and it's amazing ability to treat not only neuromusculoskeletal conditions but the person as a whole, taking in to account nutritional, psychological and physical factors. Her research topic for her masters dissertation looked at how vitamin D deficiency affects the development of multiple sclerosis and auto-immune diseases. Other special interests include children and pregnancies, the elderly and chronic neck pain. Personalised to each patient, Lauren's techniques include diversified, proprioceptive muscle testing, SOT, Activator, and soft-tissue release techniques.

Covered by most major insurances, Lauren is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the United Chiropractic Association.
