Teresa AldredHomeopathy
My family and I first experienced homeopathy over 10 years ago when my daughter was a baby, and since then there has been no looking back. In fact, I was so impressed with how amazingly effective it was that I felt compelled to find out more - and gradually I became a homeopath.
I studied homeopathy for four years at the Centre for Homeopathic Education at Regent's College, London, where I gained a Licentiate. Prior to that, I completed a foundation course in Natural Medicine with Neal's Yard Remedies - this has given me a good working knowledge of herbs, flower essences and essential oils, which I sometimes use in my practice to support homeopathic prescriptions.
I am a member of the Alliance for Registered Homeopaths; a professional body that binds its members by a strict code of ethics and practice. I am fully insured.
I love my work, and take a warm, supportive and practical approach. I believe that cure is a process, not an event - I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them over time to improve their health and vitality, offering them a real alternative to, or support, for their conventional treatment.

Helen O'Sullivan (homeopath)
I was introduced to homeopathy by my acupuncturist, who believed that homeopathy would benefit me in addition to the acupuncture I received through her. I started seeing a homeopath a short time later, and after only two appointments, I was inspired to train to be one too.
I started the full-time course at the College of Practical Homeopathy in London which opened my eyes to just how many different ways you can use homeopathy to 'stimulate the body' to heal. In addition to learning about the process of case taking and the philosophies of homeopathy, the course also covered anatomy and pathology, nutrition, flower essences and some iridology.
Before becoming a homeopath, I was a nanny/maternity nurse for many years. Working with different families, creating relationships with both the children and the parents, has shown me how important it is to enhance each person's wellbeing. I would like to take these skills to assist me with developing a professional relationship with my patients to help them lead healthier lives.
I am a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association; a professional body that binds its members by a strict code of ethics and practice. I am fully insured.
Little did I know then, what a profound impact it was to have on me! I would like you to book an appointment, so you can see how homeopathy could improve your health, either as an alternative to, or in compliment with, conventional treatment.
